Managing Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) & Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) Accounts, in addition to Engineering direction and support for the internal fabrication teams. Managing more than 60 Projects every year in various sectors (government, retail, Entertainment…). Handling multiple projects simultaneously. Work closely with project stakeholders from initiation and identifying client’s requirements to production and onsite installation ensuring the delivery of a high quality event.
Duties:
• The main point of reference for day-to-day communications with clients, Project coordinators, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
• Engineering guidance and support for fabrication teams (Structural design & calculation, wind-load studies, metal works, joinery …)
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and partners, ensuring the delivery of a responsive and professional service.
• Grow business with existing clients, Develop new clients and Win new business.
• Monitor on-site execution, quality control, project progress, and taking quick corrective action where required.
• Plan and propose workflows for every Project. To ensure a smooth operation.
• Establish a change management process to manage variations to scope.
• Actively Monitoring and controlling project fees and invoicing, Maintaining the profitability of the project.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

DWTC annual events and Exhibitions: (ATM Arabian Travel Market, Dubai International Motor show, The hotel show, Bride show, GITEX, The Big5, MEE, Intersec, Gulfood, ...), 2013 - present.
• Develop comprehensive work stream plans in collaboration with various functional department heads.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, coordinating resources and third parties/vendors.
• Identify operational challenges and solve these challenges or develop alternative solutions.
• Oversee and monitor the delivery team providing direction on permits, construction, installation.
• Develop, monitor and maintain project schedules, work plans, and financial performance.
• Create regular project status dashboards and setting up review calls with senior stakeholders.
• Report project progress to the project management team on a weekly basis.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production.
• Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand timelines, dependencies, challenges and requirements.
• Develop, monitor and maintain project schedules, work plans, and financial performance.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
• Monitor project progress taking quick corrective action where required, to ensure completion of the project within the specified time frame, in an organized and cost effective manner.
• Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, industry representatives, municipality and government offices.
• Supervise the project execution process on site, following the approved design and quality standards to meet customer’s satisfaction and maintain continuity of business.
• Examine the drawings, assess the material requirements, Source for materials and negotiate to obtain cost-effective prices from suppliers.
• Coordinate with the municipality agencies during spot checks on the site and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Supervise site regularly, attend to all technical and engineering Issues, additional manpower requirements, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and timely manner.

Successfully managed prestige projects across the UAE.
In-charge of all marble works in Royal palace fit-out project, total contract value AED +24 Million.
