• Monitoring preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders (GID, customs, airlines, ground handlers, Airport operations, etc.)
• Critical Decision-making to ensure the least impact on the Baggage operation in the event of BHS system breakdown and implement fallback procedures proficiently.
• coordinate the maintenance schedule, assure the implementation of Contingencies, procedures, and suggest corrective actions.
• Participate and supervise technical teams to follow up the projects and official committees with other parties.
• Conduct the necessary tests on the equipment and ensure that it conforms to the specifications and standards of the project.
• Review contractors’ technical reports for evaluation and modification.
• Site visits to ensure repair and maintenance activities are being carried out correctly to JEDCO standards.
• Review quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) plans for repair and maintenance activities.
• Provides and assistance in reducing loss, minimizing risks, and following the loss prevention best practice.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports and dashboards as per the reporting calendar.
• Expertise in Baggage Handling System (BHS), Security System (SS), Automated People Mover (APM), and Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB).
• Create dashboards and Excel databases to manage maintenance and operation work.
• Participate and supervise with technical teams to follow-up the projects and official committees with other parties.
• Conduct the necessary tests on the equipment and ensure that it conform to the specifications and standards of the project.
• Review contractors’ technical reports for evaluation and modification.
• Coordinate with the concerned departments for maintenance requiring an outage.
• Site visits to ensure repair and maintenance activities are being carried out correctly to GACA standers.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of repair and maintenance.
• Review quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) plans for repair and maintenance activities.
• Provides and assistance in reducing loss, minimizing risks, and following the loss prevention best practice.
