-Reducing the maintenance cost by using modern maintenance ways
-Reduce the repeated machine downtime by thinking out of the box also use modification if necessary
-Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
-Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
-Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
-Manage and follow up with a team of mechanical foremen & technicians and utility technicians
-Responsible for the job done in the external workshop
-Working on the CMMS program that is responsible for registry the downtime and applying the PM
-Accomplish and review the chick list and preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment
-Follow up lubrication and greasing for all machines on the planet
-Apply 5s on the equipment, the workshop, and utilities
-Working on ERP program for purchasing requisition
-Audit the work order flow begin the inspection department through the preparation department till the executive department
-prepare schedule shutdown plans for machines
-Prepare a mechanical maintenance budget plan for the spares and maintenance services.
-Keep maintaining the chiller, boiler, and air compressor
Responsible for the following
-Maintain all rotating equipment (pumps, grinder, rolls...)
-Pneumatics & Hydraulics.
-Mentoring and coaching the technicians.
-Overhead crane,
-Boiler,
-Air compressor
-Chiller
-Apply PM. All documents related to ISO & BRC
-Spare parts management.
-Working in line Dornier, J-Kompf, Applied
-V.Good using ERP program
-5S, TPM
