1. Aligned CDSG IT Strategy as per the Business Strategy and Organizational Goal.
2. Extracted group level IT KPI from Organization KPI and defined the same for each individual in IT Department. Also established the mechanism to measure the KPI & performance of each individual.
3. Restructured and centralized the IT Department for the whole group for better support in most cost effective way.
4. Created JD, KPI and competency required for each individual role along with the succession planning for all critical role.
5. Created & implemented the IT policy align with the IT Strategy and developed the mechanism to ensure the adherence.
6. Defined SOP for all IT Activity and for each job position, to have system dependent working in IT Department.
7. Initiated and started HRIS project for the Group and implemented for all Group Companies.
8. Established Group DC with all security policy implemented.
9. Implemented AX ERP & Retail solution for seven of the group companies, within the timeline & budget.
10. Established in-house AX team to provide prompt support to user department.
11. Established 5 years IT strategy plan, align with the business strategy.
12. Established IT budget and implemented methodology for it’s adherence & control for all Group Companies.
13. Responsible for department P&L and responsible to convert IT department from cost center to profit center.
14. Established internal IT team to provide required IT support for all Group Companies in most cost effective manner.
15. Established IT infrastructure to connect all Group Companies to central datacenter.
16. Established CDSG Group Intranet with all company policy, news corner, user guide & department forum.
17. Established IT Helpdesk with auto allocation of user complaint to related support team to provide prompt support to user deparment.
18. Established IT Knowledge-base specific to user department and IT Team member for faster resolutoion of problem through knowledge-base.
19. Implemented 663 Mobile money and eServices with seamless integration with our retail store & ERP

At TH Group, I was heading the IT and ERP Department of whole group consisting of following Group companies

1. Aligned TH Group IT Strategy as per the Business Strategy and Organizational Goal.

Department. Also established the mechanism to measure the KPI & performance of each individual.

Manpower saving of 40% as compared to business plan.

10. Negotiated with hardware and IT service vendor and reduced the IT expense by 20%.
11. Defined SLA with outside IT Vendors to have expected service from them.
12. Defined IT SLA for user department and implemented the mechanism to measure the same.
13. Implemented Navision & LS Retail in TH Food Chain.
14. Implemented DMS (Distributor Management System) & Sales force mobility solution for TH Food Chain.
15. Implemented SAP in TH Milk Food, TH Milk, TH Food Chain and NAT&L. For this implementation we have
received “The Most Innovative Customer Award” from SAP Vietnam.
16. Implemented SAP & Cane Management System for our Sugar Industry.
17. Implemented Afifarm, Afifarm net, One1 ERP and Weighbride solution in TH Milk Food JSC.
18. Integrated SAP with all enterprise software like LS Retail, Afifarm, One1 ERP, DMS, Sales Force mobility
solution and with weighbridge software to get all the financial accounting & management report from
SAP.
19. Established TH Group Intranet (with all company policy, news corner, user guide & department forum),
internet (website with ecommerce), Distributor Website and TH Group Training website.
20. Established IT Helpdesk for automatic allocation of user complaint to provide prompt support to user
deparment.
21. Established IT Knowledge-base specific to user department and IT Team member for faster resolutoion of
problem through knowledge-base.
22. Implemented Suggestion & Innovation Management software for TH Group.
