Providing the support for Eastern Region customers of SACC.
•Direct supervision on the main project ( MAADEN RAS AL KHAIR )
which covering daily 6000 meals for MAADEN EMPLOYESS with 4 main
locations ( MAC - MPC - MIC - MFC )
•Determining customer requirements and proposing catering options.
•Planning menus and overseeing venue, equipment, food, and service
preparations with the corporate head chef and project manager .
•Asssure that we are having logestcal ability to provide the food on
time to each locations, checking daily the status of equipments
•Overseeing seating arrangements specialy with VVIP events and
special functions, Serving of meals and beverages, and the clearing of
tables.
•Monitoring the availability of catering stock and supplies and
ordering replenishments with the store keepers .
•Tracking catering expenses and maintaining accurate records.
•Adhering to food and health industry regulations and standards.
•Researching catering trends and promoting competitive catering
services.
•Supporting the interview assesment and Hiring, training for new staff,
and supervising catering staff, as well as scheduling employee shifts
with the catering supervisores .
•Managed and supervised 200 workers on site ( KITCHEN TEAM -
WAITERS - TEA BOYS - STORE KEEPERS ) .
