• Do Work preparation using SAP system with arranging materials to be stocked in store.
• Supervision of a team of multinationality technicians
• Help Commission and start Up (CSU) Team to complete them jobs
• Complete doing ITRs (Inspction Test Records) using GoCCMS Certification and Completions Managment System
• Verification of safety and Instrument critical Loops
• Conduct regular site visits, Walkdown and record any deviation to add to punish list, notify management of unsafe working conditions.
• Maintain a flexible and positive attitude (especially with regard to the difficult working environment and highly focussed safety and security procedures
• Flush Well head Panel lines
• Modificat and test the existing relay logic for export pumps after approval and draw as bult drawing for it.
Responsibilities in UPER ZAKUM Offshore ZADCO (UAE):
a. Draft work orders and obtain work permits, together with wiring plans and diagrams from supervisor, review work and arrange for the necessary materials, tools and equipment to complete the task.
b. Allocate work to assigned technician, ensure availability of materials and follow-up to ensure satisfactory completion
c. Install, maintain or repair, on site or in the workshop, a variety of electronic and pneumatic instrumentation.
d. Issue comprehensive daily activity reports outlining the cause of the fault.
e. To ensure adherence to HSE Standards and Guidelines in all areas of their work.
f. Ensures that all maintenance activities are conducted within Company
standing instructions and procedures and good oil industry practice.
g. Provide training and guidance to newly employed technicians including
UAE National Developees to facilitate their assuming their positions in the company.
·Supervises the execution of day to day preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to instrumentation and control systems of various types of Transmitters and control valves and other four variables instrument devices.
·Issue and implement PIRs (Plant Improvement Requests) after taking approvel from Engineering department
·planning the job, allotting to the senior technicians and technicians with supporting them.
·Materials procuring and keeping the stock of spare parts materials ready using IMMPOWER Program (maintenance manegment system) and generate modifications on it to improve it work.
·Assisting in commissioning of new projects ensuring completion of punch list items.
·Maintenance instrument devices related to (Air compressor, Dryers, Pumps, Vessels, Tanks, Gas compressors, PD meters, Geoflow, Geoprov, LACT units, DCS, RTU, MAGLPG24, SCADA, PLC Systems).
·Checking ESD /PSD systems (GTI MagLog 24 Safe gaurding) and various types of process interlocks.
·Functional test in operation interlock sequence as per RELAY LOGIC & LADDER LOGIC system
·DCS FOXBORO faceplate, block links, Trends, Display, I/O block and logic configurations.
·Loop checking carried out from field to DCS (hazard area to safe area)
Using HHT hand held Terminal (communicators) as per PID & hook-up.
·Trouble shooting and fault finding knowledge of relay logic, electrical and pneumatic Logic..
·Calibration and trouble shooting of various types of intelegent transmitters.(Rosemount and foxboro ).
·Calibration and routine maintenance of Fire and Gas Systems, Fusible loops, LEL gas detector and UV detector.
· (High and low) Setting done for pressure, flow, level and Temperature switches.
