Public Relations Officer: -
The PRO will be responsible for processing and carrying out all transactions relating to visas, permits, New, licenses, registration, of employees, the company, liaising with various Government Departments and Agencies
Job Purpose:-
• Arranging regular updates on all labor and immigration standards from the Govt. keep the HR office well informed of any changes in procedures and rules.
• Submitting and follow-up and gathering all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time.
• Ensuring all business and trade Licenses are updated, Folland ow-up up n official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
• Representing the company at different office files, Ministry of Labor/ immigration/Municipalities, and other Govt. departments.
• Responding and dealing promptly and productively with general inquiries about pro function
• Assisting the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals
• Providing information, and supporting the HRD by making suggestions for the best choice to make the process of getting residency permits faster and more efficient.
• Assisting in other HR tasks including medical insurance, HR reports, front desk
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, recording
• Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Performing and Ensuring periodic audits of HR files and records that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Provides clerical support to the HR department.
• Strong background in All UAE Labor law and immigration rules and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic
• Good relations and contact with All UAE Government department officials
• Hands-on experience in using the MOHRE / Immigration online system
• Expertise in using online portals of entire different departments of the UAE Government.
• Effective interpersonal skills for successful system work with local government
• Advanced organizational and Administration agencies
• Typing skills in Arabic & English
• Specialist in issuing different types of UAE Visas and
• Good knowledge of entire Free Zone Departments' rules and regulations
• Well knowledge of the” Wage Protection System " - WPS
