1. Distinguish all types of raw materials’ grades and
specifications to ensure alignment of procured material

2. Analyses (and perform if necessary) laboratory tests on raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with CTS & T&D specs

3. Evaluate lab test results on newly introduced raw materials as part of product development to ensure compliance with set standards

4. ConsolidateLab analysis on competition sample products from QC in order to submit analysisand findings to superior for evaluation

5. Set-up/operatelaboratory equipment as per the department’s operational guidelines to ensurethat product specific records are maintained up-to-date
Initiateand oversee Development Trials for the purpose of enhancing current products ordeveloping new products

6. Prepare& update procedures pertaining to trials’ initiation and execution, and ensure proper application at all Business Units

7. Prepare& update Development & Materials Database containing all RM and FG specs, records and samples

8. Provides guidance and technical assistance to QC and Production Teams for the execution of any trial material from a new potential supplier

9. Communicate with material supplier for any related technical requirements

10. Initiate and Execute Cost containment and process improvement initiatives

11. Propose ideas and suggestions related to product development and material improvement

Accountabilities:
1. Technology area PR loss and Minor stops reduction on glide path.
2. Quality defects/scrap generated in technology area reduced to zero.
3. Material usage losses in technology area on glide path.
4. Improvement CIL & Centerline parameters.
5. Root Cause analysis in place for his/her area via FI tools.
6. PM and Process Control Strategy exists.
7. Know quality standards for her/his technology area.
8. 80~90% of the time spent on the floor (Supporting (coaching), observing
and troubleshooting).
9. Become technical expert for his/her technology area.
10. Actively participate in DDS (helps to analyze data, formulate actions and
set priorities.
11. Coach and qualify equipment owners.
12. Set Area work place standard and coach others to follow it.
13. Use change management process in his/her technology area.
14. Share and reapply learning with/from other PE in his/her technology area
internally and externally (Area networking).
15. Provide input and participate to design reviews of her/his technology area.

Accountabilities:
1. Perform maintenance scheduling using the computerized maintenance
management tool
2. Close Work Orders in the system correctly, consistently, continuously and all
fields are completely filled-up.
3. Scheduled preventive maintenance report and pending compliance report
has been submitted on a weekly basis.
4. Generate reports on a weekly basis per plant, per line, performance on
efficiency, and Filler Downtime.
5. Create and maintain an accurate database and all other maintenance
related information.
6. Conducting monthly audits on all sections (Electrical, Mechanical, Utilities &
CO2, Building Maintenance and Store) to ensure that the systems been fully
implemented.
7. Perform various project assignments from the I & S Engineer.
