Extension of 3 Basement for Parking's, Ground, First & Second Containing Restaurants and kitchens then 3rd to 10th are Typical Floors Containing 77 Guest Rooms & 7 Suites (One at each floor), and 11th floor for Recreation (Game & Swimming pool), as well as hotel extended with Conference Building 4th floors each double height Containing Ballroom in GF, Female dining in 2nd & 10 meeting rooms along with one Boardroom at 4th floor. In addition to all the Service areas (Technical Rooms, Substations’…etc.).
STC Head Quarter Project, Supervision and Engineering services as: Design review, Technical Submittals and Shop Drawings approvals, coordination meetings ...etc.
Project is located in the heart of Riyadh City in Al-Mursalat district, sitting on a land of approximately 290, 923.07 m2. With this project, STC aspires to achieve its vision of future projects by enabling Smart business parks approach, creating sustainability, and raising the standards of everyday life for its users, not to mention the availability of pedestrian walkways, parks, open areas and so many others.
In design field, the proposed development is a balanced mix of uses. Khatib and Alami scope is limited to the following:
• HQ: LEED Silver Design Compliance
• Innovation Centre/Museum: LEED Silver Design Compliance
• Mosque: LEED Silver Design Compliance
Makarem Riyadh/Marriott Hotel, Client Representative.
Extension & Renovation of One Basement, Ground, Mezzanine & Four Typical Floors, Containing 100 Guest Room & Suites, along with all Service and Recreation areas (Game, Parking, Technical Rooms, Substations ...etc.).
Al Bustan Village phase II & III - Riyadh, Supervising and PMC.
A residential compound consist of two floor different type of Villas, Khozamah Hotel, commercial buildings, recreation center, schools landscape, swimming pools, security &control buildings, restaurants, utility plants and data center.
Sadara Petrochemical Project: An Industrial project consisting of offices, warehouses, cooling plant, substations, and security gates.
K.S.U Riyadh College utility: consists of Laboratories, lecture haul, library, parking lot, and substations.
