• Supervise the execution of projects concerning LCS :
CCTV (IP / Conventional), Access Control, Sensory sys., gate barriers, Public Address, fire
alarm, video conference, audio conference and video projection)
• Review & validate system designs for execution.
• Prepare time schedules and budgets for the execution of projects.
• Supervise the financial status of projects and maintain expenditure within limits.
• Claim payments as per contract terms.
• Award & negotiate sub-contracts.
• Supervise contractors’ through my site managers’ reports.
• Allocate assets (equipment, tools, personnel) for each project.
• Represent the company in technical meetings with clientele to back up our sales engineers.
• Support the customer and the company to achieve good relations that may lead to repeated

• Prepare weekly reports on projects development.
• Monitor projects team skills development and increase them through workshops and constant
training.

• Review & validate for projects execution: System designs, time schedules, execution budgets, sub-contracts and asset allocation.
• Hold video conferences with project managers to receive progress updates.
• Report all updates to the GM/CEO/CFO in the form of a monthly financial and progress report.
• Review and validate service contracts terms.
• Represent the company in clientele meetings for contract signing.
• Support the customer and the company to achieve good relations that may lead to repeated business in the future.
• Monitor department’s team skills development and increase them through workshops and constant training
Handle day-to-day internal and external activities to ensure smooth operation while achieve maximum efficiency and maintain standards and customer satisfaction. Report directly to the GM and/or CEO to discuss division needs and achievements and to plan future development.
• Handle on-site supervision of low current/voltage systems projects: site survey, design requirements, programming, testing & commissioning, installation progress and site problem solving.
• Coordinate technical department activities including team dispatch, projects correspondences, customer and contractor follow-ups and internal affairs as per PM and TM instructions.
• Responsible for on-site projects execution in terms of following schedule, material delivery, technical staff knowledge and maintain standards.
• Report all activities, set backs or successes to the PM and TM.
• Design tailored security systems to fit the needs of the sales department or tender requirements while keeping aware of the latest technologies on the market and best engineering practices.
• Assist company's internal divisions as well as company's customers in technical aspects to ensure quality and maintain standards from sales to handover of any project.
• Monitor the warranty status of all finished projects and generate quotes for service contracts to those customers.
• Generate detailed monthly performance reports based on expenditure, progress, claimed payments, work hours, overtime and employee assessment.
• Allocate assets to handle maintenance calls from warranty covered project equipments.
• Issue claim invoices for maintenance for out of warranty project equipments.
• Take weekly based progress requirements from projects engineers and achieve those using my technical team.
• Report to projects engineers regarding site status, material supply, required tools and overall performance vs. progress analysis.
• Coordinate with other companies crews on site to maintain smooth site management.
• Share knowledge with all members of the team and keep them informed of any rectification or change in the design or work environment.
