Bashar Al khatib

I work as a Real Estate Evaluator at Bait Al Taqyeem in Dammam. My main job is to assess residential and commercial properties to figure out their real market value. I do a lot of on-site inspections, check the property’s location, construction quality, materials, and keep an eye on market trends. I then prepare detailed reports that follow the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM) standards. So far, I have evaluated over 6, 000 properties across Dammam, Khobar, and Al-Ahsa. I’ve also helped make the process faster and more organized, without sacrificing accuracy or quality.
