- Manage packages from award to handover and ensure completion of works to specifications, on time within budget
- Ensure package design and submittals are prepared in line with project requirements and costs
- Review and analyse submitted tender bids if in compliance with project and company standards
- Coordinate and ensure key interfaces are planned, integrated and maintained across associated contractors and disciplines

- Collect, analyse and process information to produce plans and schedules to meet project's deadline dates
- Communicate and initiate coordination meetings with client, consultant and sub-contractors to ensure project success
- Monitor and review of work activities progress
- Lead in weekly progress and status update reports to project management team

- Produce, review and approve material submittals, procedures and method statements according to project specifications and standards
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labour for related work activities
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
- Issue formal letters for progress, disputes and ongoing issues

- In charge of earth works, material composition and compaction tests for the permanent backfilling around the terminal building
- Ensure works are carried out on time and in compliance with project specifications and approved shop drawings
- Utilise machinery and equipment efficiently to provide maximum output at minimum cost
- Responsible for site inspection approvals from consultant and municipality/ authorities
