• Interface with clients to identify technical requirements, analyzing technical drawings and specifications
• Stock availability analysis and technical/commercial quotation of materials and services.
• Drafting international business proposals.
• Order management, including invoicing, invoice processing and logistics flow follow-up.
• Management oftechnical service sales, including service order scheduling, transportation and accommodation logistics.
• International negotiation.

• Coordination of logistics operational team and full warehouse management.
• Management of logistics processes: picking, packing, shipping and marketplaces distribution.
• Responsible for receiving and inspection of imported goods.
• Inventory management, including inbound/outbound control, system stock movements, cycle counts and
inventory management using WMS/ERP systems.
• Analysis of logistics KPIs, including quality, productivity and operational performance indicators.
• Handling and resolution of complaints, returns and logistics issues, identifying transportation, operational or
manufacturing failures.
• Continuous process improvement, process automation and operational team training.

• Procurement of services such as airline tickets, hotel accommodations, vehicle rentals and related services.
• Monitored purchasing KPIs, cost-saving opportunities and customer satisfaction indicators to support
operational efficiency and service quality improvements.
• Supplier evaluation, including delivery performance, cost analysis and fixed contract opportunities.
