Managed the construction of 57 km of rail alignment including embankments, viaducts, and
bridges valued at $1.6B. Oversaw enabling works such as fencing, tree translocation, and
underground duct banks. Led asphalt road construction, signalized U-turns, and solar
powered traffic systems ensuring 24/7 operational safety. Directed local contractors and
ensured compliance with safety and quality standards.

• As EPM, supervised and lead a team of 20 multidisciplined engineers of construction, including the entire re-construction,
modernization, civils works, fit out works, MEP works and finishing works of the ZATCA HQ building in aim to relocate over
1, 800 ZATCA employees within a 10-month timeframe and up to the required standards and specifications.
• Directly supervised up to 14 engineers in Al Khafji Land Port as EPM, which included the facelifting, firefighting, sewage
networks, electrical networks, street lighting, regreening areas, building rehabilitation, and the
rearrangement/enlargement of cargo yards and passenger areas.
• These projects valued at over 600 M SAR, guaranteed smooth traffic flow and efficient customs clearance for both
departing & arriving passengers.

Delivered ZATCA HQ EPC project in 10 months, relocating 1800 employees to a new facility.
Managed infrastructure upgrades in Al Khafji including firefighting, sewage, electrical
networks, and regreening. Oversaw multiple contracts totaling over 600M SAR, ensuring
timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Led multimillion-dollar infrastructure and building projects across KSA, UAE, and Jordan.
Managed Riyadh Metro elevated station construction, Abu Dhabi Airport infrastructure, and
Princess Nourah University roadworks. Directed teams of 300+ personnel, ensuring high
quality delivery and safety compliance.

• With over 15 years of dedicated service at CCC, I advanced from a Site Engineer to a Sr. Construction Manager varying
through multiple cross functional heavy civil and Oil/Gas projects amongst KSA, UAE, Jordan, and Yemen.
• Successfully lead and contributed to a diverse range of EPC giga projects, including heavy civil roads, bridges, oil and gas
plants, metro systems, and other infrastructure projects.
• Managed and delivered the successful execution as EPC projects including the following:

◦ Precast yards and precast manufacturing facilities in UAE
◦ Wasit Gas Processing Plan (WGPP) in Jubail, KSA as - civils
◦ Al-Khursanyah Gas Plant in Al-Khursanyah (Jubail), KSA
◦ Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in Bajil, Yemen

Worked on water pipeline rehabilitation, hotel and commercial developments including the
Four Seasons Hotel and City Mall in Amman.

• Preparation/review of the weekly & monthly civil and steel structure progress performance reports.
• Steel Structure site lead and civil construction lead
• Civil Works representative for the weekly construction performance meetings with Project Board with the clients
• Engaged in multidiscipline engineering coordination between the mechanical, piping, electrical, Instrumentation, QA/QC,
and more to enable smoother civil works site progress and construction strategies on-site.
