As a CRM Specialist I work on the CRM system (Silverpop) to leverage its set-up in building deep relationships with our users, and support the marketing team in achieving its business objectives for customer retention & engagement.
One of the major roles is planning and executing email communication campaigns across all countries (UAE, Egypt, Saudi, Qatar and Oman) & verticals (Properties, Motors, Items for sale and Jobs).

Project Name: Road Vehicle Traffic Counting System
Project Scope: Bond for Traffic Solutions is responsible for on-site equipment location surveys, system design, supply, installation, commissioning, testing, training, documentation, operation and maintenance of all associated works providing a fully functional traffic counting system at designed locations in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
Duties and Responsibilities:
- working and managing the CRM System (SalesForce)
- Provide periodic and on-request data reports about the traffic counts, speed, headways and vehicle classification to DoT.
- Extract traffic trends through Inbound and Outbound traffic flow analysis.
- Maintain system availability on the application (RiverComm)
- Plan, monitor and carry out the periodic and preventive maintenance the CRM (SalesForce).
- Coordinate and follow-up with the site maintenance team to ensure the SLA performance.
- Managing spare parts stock level.

Business Development Responsibilities & duties:
- Outside Business Development: includes establishing cooperation and business channels with providers and clients, providing new ideas to the organization, seeking new brands to be adopted, seeking new market areas & locations for expansion, etc.
- Inside Business Development: includes setting up new procedures for staffing, working hours (shifts), staff costume, materials, etc.
MIS Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the CRM system
