•Analyze the existing cards products in order to develop an understanding of its dynamics.
•Review Reports on a regular basis to monitor the financial performance.
•Analyze card’s products performance indicators across sub-products and segments in order to optimize profitability and minimize risk.
•Development and policy/process changes, structuring, documentation and execution.
•Track and report Service quality indicators and identify corrective action plans if required.
•Payment and loyalty products, system reconciliations, tracing and audit.
•Update strategic plan as necessary based on market developments and new opportunities created.
•Team up and partner with banking and retail establishments to offer card payments and loyalty facilities.
•Review business objectives and plan ahead to be in line with business plans and annual fiscal targets.
•Lead and direct business development efforts to identify and capture new business opportunities and to manage existing client relationships.
•Monitor and supervise all operational activities including the processing center.
•Develop a positive working atmosphere and highly motivated team to achieve and exceed business objectives.
•Use analytics and market research to maximize the value of the portfolio by deepening the existing customer base and driving transactions and limit utilization.
