Managing public relations program to establish credibility
Managing activities such as press releases, press interviews, speaking engagements, publicity, and other outbound communication activities
Developing and writing press releases, internal new articles, flyers, etc.
Developing and maintaining media and contact lists for the company
Developing and sustaining a plan for employee communications
Responding to media inquiries, and providing a reliable service to the press in servicing journalist’s requests for company information and its activities
Coordinating photo shoots, trade shows, speaking engagements, charitable events, and others
Scheduling internal and external corporate events
Helping manage internal and external programs
Providing general administrative support to employee communications and PR
Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues

Follow up with insurance companies (for Life & Health insurance for the staff)
Advertising, selection, initial interview, and follow up with the recruitment committee for the nominees CV
Perform other related duties as required
Auditing the regulations and financial data for the insurance providers.
Correspondence with our clients (agents, Brokers, reinsurance brokers……etc) by letters, field visit, & providing our service as government commission.
Registering, licensing, and re listing all the supporting service providers.
Training Head of Section (In Charge)( prepare, coordination, follow up, & analysis to SGBJ employees.
Involve in bank payroll as a main accountant.
Tax & Social Security calculation.
Follow up insurance companies (Life & Health).
Preparing employees loans within the policy.
Overtime, Transportation, Cellular Allowance transfer to accounts.
Employees E_Banking & Customer Service.
Participate in job analysis, appraisal, description, & scale.
Customer Service
Maximizes all sale opportunities from the allocated portfolio.
Plan calls and visits to ensure achievement against target.
Prepare reports for sales results and visit outcomes.
Preparing special offers.
Selling products at the main 4 lines:
Loans, Credit cards, Status Accounts, Referrals for financial Planning and Premier Accounts.
