• Studies Tender documents (BOQ, drawings, Specification, Vendor & Plans) to become thoroughly acquainted with exact Requirements of the project.
• Generates the required subcontractors, Suppliers & materials logs to meet the project plans.
• Reviews, Analyze & Negotiate subcontractors & suppliers’ proposals in technical and commercial Requirements to select the most suitable for tender pricing.
• Finalize the prices and scope of work to Prepare & issue Letter of Intent (LOI) to the selected Subcontractors.
• AFTER the project awarded, Studies contract documents (BOQ, drawings, Specification, Vendor & Plans) to Understand and fully know with exact Requirements of the project.
• Prepare the required subcontractors, Suppliers & materials logs to meet the project plans and start Inquires & Comparisons.
• Reviews, Analyze & Negotiate subcontractors & suppliers’ proposals in technical and commercial Requirements to select the most suitable who are able to deliver high quality Works & products at competitive pricing as per the time frame of the project.
• Prepare & issue Contracts, Letter of Intent (LOI), confirmation of order, purchase orders (PO & LPO) in accordance with selected Subcontractors & suppliers.
• Responsible for the Review & preparation of material submittals and subcontractor prequalification to consultants & obtaining the client/consultant approvals on the same accordingly as per their comments and requirements of the project.
• Preparing & Review engineering drawings of Electrical & Mechanical Services with the project technical specifications & Authorities Requirements.
• Detailed planning and reporting activities related to all related departments.
• Providing technical inputs & engineering support to the Electrical & Mechanical teams from conception to completion of project & Assigned responsibilities for Engineers at different work sites.
• Handle the tasks of preparing and updating all electrical & Mechanical issues especially on installation of the electrical & Mechanical Systems & Equipment to the site engineers.
• Assist to make and insure the cash flow for the project and submitting the Payments to the client to control the project progress.
• Managing installation, Testing & commissioning of electrical & Mechanical systems.
• Assists Construction with obtaining client/consultant approvals on
subcontractors, materials, installations, work inspections Testing and commissioning, snags list and Handing over the project.
• Prepare and Issue all necessary documents for the handing Over close out file like (As built drawings, asset list, Guarantees, O&M, Authorities final approvals, Completion Letter & Closing file of the project as per the client requirements.
• Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the work and operating activities for many projects.
Responsible for the preparation of material submittals and subcontractor prequalification to consultants.
Assists Construction with obtaining client/consultant approvals on material/subcontractors.
Ensures all required operational and maintenance manuals, spare parts lists, and guarantees are delivered to QA/QC during job hand over.
