• Supervise and execute projects in any field of management consulting (e.g. business process, business transformation, human capital, organizational development… etc.)
• Meet with subject matter experts within the organization to gather process information.
• Translate the processes in to modeling layout “ARIS solution”.
• Develop Standard organizational processes SOP.
• Handling any process transformation project.
• Develop recommendations to reduce associated cost, enhance effectiveness, improve internal workflows.
• Deliver recommendations to process owners / stakeholders,
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects, including facilitating Kaizen events and Rapid Improvement events, conduct value stream mapping.
• Develop future state recommendations and build implementation plans for optimizing business processes.
• Document as-is processes, policies, and procedures through meeting with subject matter and data gathering.
• Design and develop organization’s business process architecture.
• Design and develop organizational charts and update them according to the strategic plan.
• Participate in KPI’s development and reflect it on the processes.
• Ensure aligning operational goal with business processes and organization’s department functions.
• Analyze as-is processes and manuals and develop improved to-be processes (end-to-end scenario).
• Develop processes quality control limits and monitor the processes behavior.
• Conduct quality control studies and analysis (such as root-cause analysis and pareto diagrams… etc.)
• Model and map as-is and to-be business processes.
• Communicate the updated manuals and to-be processes to the staff.
• Conduct any awareness needed regarding business process improvement and to-be processes.
- Design and develop and analyze all types of surveys.
- Implement excellence methodologies and quality methods (six sigma, EFQM, …)
- Gather and analyze organizational data to find optimum organizational development points and find any enhancement opportunity to reach organizational excellence.
- Participates in developing organization’s strategic plan.
- Conduct any awareness needed in business excellence and separates excellence culture through the organization.
- Conduct a market research and prepare benchmarking.
- Conduct any excellence award cycle and keep pace on any update on excellence models and methodologies.
- Participate in performance monitoring and development.
- Participate in KPI development.
- Meet with subject matter experts within the organization to gather process information.
