Overseeing and handling construction activities at the artificial semi-island of Mina Al Arab Project/Waldorf Astoria
Hotel/ Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme Project as per the required standards and requirements including desnagging work to handing over.
Administering the substructure activities of the project which includes excavations, pile boring & breaking, plumbing
trenches & piping, water proofing work, water pump installations, raft & retaining wall constructions.
Facilitating the superstructure activities of the project including supervision of each structure & construction
process, finishing work like block, plaster & paint works; installation of all building accessories.
In charge in the daily administration of site including overseeing labour force/subcontractors’ responsibilities and
setting out, levelling and surveying the site. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties as necessary.
Ensuring accuracy of computation by checking plans, drawings, and quantities.
Making sure all use of materials and performing work as per specifications.
Preparing cost effective solutions and proposals for some technical problems.
Meeting deadlines by effectively planning work and organizing site facilities.
Leading a team of engineers to construct a lavish 5 starts building with all its utilities in palm jumeirah

-Activities:
Substructure: excavations- pile boring and breaking- plumbing trenches and piping, water-proofing work- installation of water pumps- raft and retaining wall construction.
Superstructure: supervising every step of the structure-construction process, finishing work (block, plaster, paint works) - installation of all building accessories
De-snagging work and Handing-over
