• Conducts and participates in technical compliance audits on all ongoing maintenance activities enforcing contractual compliance by the FM Service providers.
• Monitors and inspects planned and reactive maintenance works for compliance against contract requirements and best practice FM service delivery.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the Client agreed Site Inspection Procedures are to the client’s satisfaction.

• Review service provider invoices and verification of payments.
• Ensure CAFM Asset Lists and Planned Maintenance Schedules are up to date.
• Coordinate monthly performance evaluation with Hill QA/QC Engineer.
• Respond to Client emergencies timely and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
• Coordinates with the HSE team to ensure health and safety measures are always implemented.

Key Achievements and Responsibilities:
•Worked alongside with several service providers like Saudi Binladen, Honeywell, Schneider, Al Fanar, ABTC, Thyseen Krupp, KONE, Mitsubishi, Electro power and MTS.
•Responsible for monitoring and supervising for smooth operations to be carried out for all 7 towers related to Operations & Maintenance activities i.e. Electrical, Mechanical, and Low current.
•Ensuring the operations to meet HSE requirements and facilities to comply with local legislation at all times.
•Rapid responding on emergencies or issues as they arise and engaging the concerned sub-contractor.
•Handling the service providers providing services at Project, taking follow-ups on issues escalated.
•Managing the towers Facilities Management Operation.

•Inspect the Transformers, switchgear and Circuit breakers and check emergency power supply system which is coming from Generators and UPS’s.
•Review, Check and Approval of all engineering deliverables produced by the discipline stream.
•Prepare Technical Queries, ERFQ, ECN, CRS.
•Carry out Vendor Data Reviews
