Technically (IT Roles):
Setup ERP Server this include Hardware, network, OS and Server Room.
Installing ERP Server Tools.
Preparing Data Center.
Creating Users.
Creating Test Environment.
Creating Backup procedures (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).
Making sure that the Backup can be restored. (Weekly bases).
Creating new tables, Forms, fields and reports that meet users' needs.
Consolidation with other ERP Servers in other countries. (we made a centralized server for Data migration from different
branches in different countries having Same ERP system).
All New Projects, Modules or even New Forms are being installed on Test Environment to be tested before installing
them on Live Server.
ERP Business Roles:
End users training.
Business development (creating new Business Roles). Note: both Business and System Analysis were being applied
before applying Any New Business Role to make sure nothing will affect the operation of the standard ERP Cycle.
Integration (for any related 3rd Party system we do integration with the ERP).
o Warehouse Management System (WMS) it allows Warehouse Users to make their transactions immediately by
Barcode Reader, so that a real time live data will be available in the ERP.
o HR System integrated with the finance module in the ERP.
o Other BI software to make customized Reports to meet Users' Needs.
