Activation
Channel approvals to legal department plus agreements review
Handle welcome/ Technical meetings with the clients
Follow up on collection of documents as per the approvals
Obtain internal approvals for the client activation /system setup (start up /operations checklists)
Handle bank accounts issues with new clients
Buyers activation (coordinating with collection department)
Getting first assignments
Utilization
Report facility structure problems to BD officer
Get in more assignments to increase utilization percentages
Account Management
Handle quarterly meetings with clients
Manage facility in terms of daily position to follow up facilities conditions
Follow up on negative availabilities
Follow up on overdue invoices
1. To supervise young learners on British Council premises (outside lesson times).
• All young learners are kept safe from harm whilst on our premises.
• All areas of our premises are supervised whilst young learners are not in class.
• All young learners are ready at the start of lessons and after break to be collected by their teacher.
• All young learners are supervised after lessons until collected by their parents or leave the premises (in line with “Home Alone” procedures).
2. To assist teachers in young learner lessons.
• Supervising young learners who need to leave the classroom (e.g. to go to the toilet or if they are feeling unwell).
• As directed by the teacher, assisting in maintaining good classroom and behavior management.
• As directed by the teacher, supporting young learners in participating in learning activities.
• As directed by the teacher, preparing materials for lessons.
3. To communicate with customers as appropriate.
• Give basic information to customers about times, location and teachers of classes/tests.
• Direct all customers with queries or complaints to reception / registration.
• As directed by the duty officer, contact parents by phone in exceptional circumstances.
• To translate for teaching staff talking to parents as needed.
4. To carry out administrative tasks, as needed, to support the Teaching Center
Manage and Update Company Profile on each Client Portal (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, Intel...)
Monitor Company’s partnership level with each client, and ensure stability of partnership
Identify Partnership Upgrade Requirements with each client in regards to:
o Certifications required by employees
o Required Business Plans and due date of submission
o Updating Employees List on each Portal
Follow up identified Upgrade Requirements with employees and managers
Developed required “Initial Business Plans”, and submit it to management for reviews
Setup deadlines for employees to finish required Certifications
Follow Up various clients’ portals for New Promotions that company and its customers can benefit from
Follow Up Company Rebates with Clients
Creating and presenting “Business Review Presentation” to management
Creating “New Products Presentation” for sales team, and present it to them
