Hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Coordination of Ph.D
Applications on the People Admin portal
Performing & coordinating interviews for both Faculty and Staff
employee
Onboard Assistant for the new staff in order to become integrated
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and
benefits
Drafting and submission the SC file to KFUPM
Prepare the faculty's Contract
Provide well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team by
presenting the weekly recruitment report
Updating CPG's HR Policy and Procedures.
Manage all day-to-day HR issues of the organization and where
required legal advisors in formulating the company's approach to
strategic or high-level HR situations
Payroll Preparation & Supervision
Provide updates and reports to Group Services Meetings, attending
where necessary to discuss organizational issues
Budgeting, forecasting and Manpower annual cost
Benefit and Compensation Supervision
Helping the HR Team with identifying HR information system needs for Continuous
improvement of workflow and system functionality
