Key Responsible Areas & Accomplishment as Group HR Head:
- Fostered collaborative relationships with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and
develop HR strategies in aligned with organizational long term business goals and objectives, resulting in increased departmental alignment and improved overall business performance.
- Designed and implemented integrated strategic management framework of BSC (Balanced Score Card) and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) to align the department and employee level performances with the organizational business objectives.
- Conducted organizational and departmental SOWT analysis to find out the external and internal drives of the organization and identified the Key Performance Indicators required in all the four perspectives of BSC.
- Designed and developed business analytics dashboard to track various business key metrics pertaining to business leaders and department heads enabling data-driven decision-making and proactive actions.
- Introduced continual performance review method (360 degree appraisal, usually in every quarter) which made the review more precise; and informative to employees to focus more on the goals and objectives.
- Designed and delivered engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules on topics including leadership development, performance management, and work life balance.
- Introduced employee service Mobile App to share the vital information to employees and for the
performance reviews which made the reviews 75% easy to handle and paper free.

~ Collaborated and maintained close afiliation with top management and department heads to get an
insight to the organizational short term and long term business goals and objectives.
~ In coordination with the department heads and line managers, identified and assigned appropriate Key Performance Indicators, respective objectives and key results to the departments and employees to align the performance with the organizational strategic business objectives.
~ Oversaw end-to-end talent acquisition processes, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, selection methods that reduced time-to-fill and improved the quality of hires.

Developed, implemented, and enforced HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with local laws, company values, and best practices to standardize all HR operations.
Developed and assigned departmental KRAs and KPIs and employee level KPA and respective KPIs to gauge the performance of the departments and employees to decide on promotions and pay scale increments.
Implemented 360 degree performance appraisal method to assess technical and behavioral performances related to each job role.
