Kalliyath Group is a one of the prominent iron & steel manufacturers of India. The
legacy of Kalliyath Group in the steel manufacturing industry is nearing to a century now. They are the first TMT steel bar manufacturer of Kerala, based in Kanjikkode, Palakkad, Kerala.

Key Responsible Areas & Accomplishment as Group HR Head:

 Fostered collaborative relationships with business leaders to understand their
strategic objectives and provide tailored HR solutions, resulting in increased
departmental alignment and improved overall business performance.

 Conducted organizational and department level SOWT analysis to find out the external and internal drives of the organization.  Implemented an integrated strategic management framework of BSC (Balanced Score Card) and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to align the department and
employee level performances with the organizational business objectives.
 Successfully implemented continual improvement program 5S and Quality Circle in the
production area.  Organized various employee engagement programmes to retain the workforce and to reduce employee turn-over-rate.
 Conducted various training sessions to lead OD interventions activities to cascade the concept from top management to the bottom level.
 Led change management initiatives for major organizational changes, such as mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
 Established and maintained effective employee relations programs, resolving complex issues and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.  Channelized various platforms to attract best talents in the region.

 Developed, implemented, and enforced HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with local laws, company values, and best practices to standardize all HR operations.
 Implemented 360 degree performance appraisal method to assess technical and behavioral performances related to each job role.
 Identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Coordinated training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally.
 Designed strong organizational structure and reporting nature by redefining work flow processes and standard operation procedures.
 Oversaw the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidate in compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
 Supported the project management department by allocating, controlling and reviewing man days required to complete the project on time.
 Acted as a liaison between employees and management; and implemented proactive measures to prevent and address workplace conflicts, resulting a 75% reduction in employee conflict issues.
