Responsible for managing multiple projects and warehouses based in multiple locations around the GCC countries with major clients and partners. I also took the lead for implementation of major internal projects to grow the business.

Duties
- 3PL/4PL Project Management.
- Project management - logistics contracts for major clients.
- Complex tender management.
- Continuous improvement culture change management.
- KPI’s
- Lean/5s roll out, implementation and auditing.
- ISO 9001 implementation and company certification.
- Business process mapping
- SOP and policy creation, Logistics & Human resources.
- Corporate Health and safety manual creation and implementation, warehousing & DG transportation.
- 3PL Warehouse management system implementation and customization.
- CRM implementation and customization.
- Generating and closing sale leads.
- Lead auditor and management representative.
