Apartments):
- Follow and Control Architectural finishing works (Aluminum windows and doors, Block, Plaster, Suspended Ceiling, Paint, Wooden Doors, UPVC Windows, Waterproofing, Ceramic, Epoxy, etc.)
- Working with Handing over department for Snag lists and project closure
- Follow and Submit Inspections at site
- Follow Daily Progress for finishing works
- Follow civil works (Concrete, Reinforcement horizontal and vertical, etc.)
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems
- Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety .etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to follow the specifications of the project
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- Monitoring the performance of subcontractors.
- Managing and supervising site engineers /trainees.
- Ensuring that work activities have been carried out in accordance with the plans, specifications and industry standards.
- Ensuring that tests and inspections are performed.
- Liaising with construction management to remove any hazards associated with work activities.
- Ensuring that delivered materials meet specifications and established quality standards.
- Initiating and maintaining records, back-charge procedures, progress reports, and so on.
Managing and ensuring construction work of the projects is carried out according to the quality, time and cost requirements of the contract.
Supervising, monitoring the worker's daily execution of work to the highest safety, environmental, and Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
