I was assigned this role to obtain a higher contribution in the market by prospecting and acquiring new clients. I was also responsible to retrieving lost relationships and so I did. My job role is SME Hunter but my duties were to hunt and prospect SMEs and ENTs.
Consulting the clients on which package to go for is also one of my duties. Walking the clients into a demo, sending them offers and creating new relationships were my daily tasks.
I did also ensure the costumer happiness of every and each cleint by a continuous follow up on the service, cutting extra miles and being a part of the recruitment cycle.
Responsible to prospect new accounts, book meetings and generate outbound leads. I was also responsible to handle lost accounts' objections, start a new relationship, book meetings with them and send them as leads.
I also had taken responsibility to verify contact details for the firms based on their categories.
Studied English Language and Literature in Jordan, and one semester in Spain in a student exchange program.
