Created and enhanced the OTIF (On Time In Full) Report System & Dashboard from scratch
Established Crop Portfolio by launching the complete crop calendar & stock management mechanism. Managed up to 70% of the total Goody supply portfolio. Calculated the production capacity of Goody suppliers & standardized it across the planning function
End-to-End Lead Time: regularly updated the E2E LT of all suppliers & comparing it against that of previous years (Actual Vs Planned)
Port Utilization System: Led and managed a more efficient system by utilizing more ports such as Dammam for the timely distribution of goods received from all around the world that significantly reduced transportation cost across KSA, minimized the work load on Jeddah DC and enhanced on-shelf availability (OSA)
