● Technical Support Engineer in GPS tracking Solution, Hardware and Software. (Installing configuration for the GPS tracking device, testing and maintaining it if needed).
● Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
● Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
● Training new customers at the system.
● Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via telephone and E-mail
● Electronically diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
● Research customer questions using available information resources
● Advise users on appropriate actions
● Redirect problems to appropriate resources
● Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
● Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
