Procedures for issuing car insurance:

•Conducts the inspection of the damaged vehicle and prepares a list of damages and parts that need to be repaired or replaced.
• The vehicle is repaired in coordination with the company through the spare parts agents and repair garages approved by them and deduct the rates of exemptions and consumption prescribed in the contract in case of replacement of damaged parts.
•Verify the amount is settled and the expenses are paid and the clearance is expected.
• As for the bodily injury resulting from the accident, the settlement of compensation for bodily injury (medical treatment expenses, temporary total disability, permanent disability) or death is (injury / death) according to the type of insurance (compulsory / comprehensive) and the conditions and amounts required by each type.
