Mr. Asheni served as project manager for a construction housing project, making decisions, solving challenges, and analyzing information to choose the best solution. He was also in charge of monitoring and reviewing information from materials, assess problems, develop specific goals and plan & organize to accomplish your work.
Other tasks included in this project scope of work are as following;
• Scheduling of work and activities using primavera p6 software.
• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other client regulations.
• Review and interpolate construction plans and contract document terms to project staff/workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
Mr. Asheni served as one of the team members for qualifications of construction housing companies to design and build temporary housing projects, this task includes more than 10000 units in many locations of Libya.
The evaluation of a large list of the international companies was done to determine their capabilities in design and technical qualification, then submit to the Ministry of Housing Board for their selection consideration.
Mr. Asheni served as project control manager for the construction of West Region Housing Projects withmore than 200 projects, his assignment includes the following;
• Organizing, planning, and prioritizing specific project goals to accomplish the sscheduling of work and activities using primavera p6 software.
• Review projects reports to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other client required regulations.
• Review and interpolate construction plans and contract document terms to project staff, workers, and others who representing the owner or developer.
• Report to a planning and control management department and senior manager construction projects.
