Attend a manufacturer sponsored training at the site of production or at the designated area training center of the manufacturer abroad, extensive training into two levels \[1\] Basic knowledge of the equipment & software/hardware awareness; \[2\] Application, Installation, \[3\] Repair and maintenance including periodic preventive maintenance procedure; \[4\] Spare parts handling, ordering and optimizing
As a trained biomedical engineer of the equipments, I also conduct training as specialist for staff \[medical technologist, nurses, doctors and in house biomedical engineers\]
Leads group overseeing the overall review of the design based on medical equipments department/room allocation
Overseas all technical review of medical IFC loaded plan and shop along with other discipline, ensuring that allocated equipments service requirements is meat according to manufacturer specification
Supervise biomedical engineers looking into the Medical Equipments BOQ and Technical specification along with review of medical IFC loaded plan in comparison with actual calculated BOQ ensuring that all loaded plans matches with BOQ
Conduct actual site supervision along with all other services and jointly inspect RFIs, and WN inspection
Initiate client site ocular inspection as per requirements for pre-installation team ensuring room layout and all support services are in place as per instrument technical specification requirement namely size of the room, structural integrity to support the weight of the equipment, MEP installation like electrical socket/outlet \[power load & voltages req.; water supplies, drainage, ventilation, HVAC installation, safety req. as per manufacturing protocol
Conduct installation, commissioning, and test run of newly installed instruments
Conduct quality assurance check by running sets of controls and standards prior to handing over the instrument to end user
Ensure and conduct several random test run to verify and authenticate instrument calibration and operability
Conduct hands on operator training for the laboratory staff including doctors, technologist; operator training, biomedical engineers for trouble shooting, repair & maintenance
Conduct actual operators minor trouble shooting of instruments; hands on training for the operating software upgrade, as well as test menu protocols \[creating additional test protocols\]
Conduct repair & quality services of down or defective instruments, ensuring down time is strictly monitored to a certain limit and return the instrument to full reliable operation as set by company QC/QA standard protocols
Under gone manufacturer plant instruments operation, repair & maintenance training in countries like Germany, France, Austria, Italy, UK & US
Conduct scheduled periodic preventive maintenance of all assigned equipments in a designated clinics, polyclinics, hospitals, research center, forensic & toxicology center, regional reference laboratory, veterinary centers & universities \[scientific teaching laboratory facilities\]
Installed, commissioned and conduct extensive training support for staff & doctors on the application and interpretation of results on records medical equipments on the following government & private hospitals, & clinics in Saudi Arabia like, MODA, BORDER GUARD, MOH, MOHE, MOI, ARAMCO
A 2 years part time graduate degree program in a Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Project Management in a construction.
Graduate with a 4 years degree in Bachelor of Science in Biology with major in Environment Science and Management
