Provide engineering services for the assessment of concrete structures using advanced NDT
instruments, testing of structural elements, rehabilitation of concrete structures/ piping, and
application of CFRP to structures/ pipes in petrochemical plants, infrastructures, bridges, tall
buildings and housing complex.
• Represent the company to attend all the projects meetings with clients and stakeholders
from the kick-off meeting to project close out meeting along with all the official
corresponds.
• Preparation of comprehensive technical reports for the various engineering services, root
cause analysis, recommending rectification measures, and supervision of the
implementation.
• Provide engineering services to maintain quality during construction and maintenance.
• Responsible for assisting construction team in all technical issues & quality-related matters.
• Involvement in the appraisal of specifications, establishment of QA and QC
schemes, failure investigations and statistical analysis of performance tests.
• Leading implementation of various civil work (QA/QC) that includes but is not limited to the
supervision of construction projects, concrete rehabilitation and strengthening using CFRP,
pipes repair using advanced techniques, pipeline installation.
• Plan and oversee geotechnical site investigation and subsurface exploration and assist with
interpretation of collected field and laboratory data and preparation of final geotechnical
report.
• Quality Control for ready mix concrete plants and road materials.
• Liaise and work jointly with design team to implement design optimization and refinement.
• Follow up and handle the implementation of safety regulations and preparations of Risk
Assessments/Job Safety Analysis.
• Perform structural analysis to check the design adequacy for a wide range of structures or
structural members varying from equipment foundations, concrete/steel superstructures
and precast structures.
• Well familiar and understanding of latest relevant international codes including ACI, IBC,
BS, ASTM, PCI, SBC and RC for Jubail and Yanbu.
• Well familiar with various government portal such as (Electronic Financial Services Platform,
Etimad)

Preparing detailed structural drawings, bills of quantities and tender documents.
• Responsible for assisting construction team in all technical issues & quality related matters.
• Study the Project Specifications/Standards and that all work is in compliance with
approved drawings.
• Identify defects/problems & reporting construction manager for further actions.
• Coordinate proponents for inspections, material checks & rectification of quality issues on
site.
