➢ Check opening balances daily.
➢ Order to party for raw materials as for requirement.
➢ Maintain daily purchases day book, sales day book and stock book.
➢ Issue challah/ bills to the party.
➢ Receive challah/ bills from the party.
➢ Dispatches finished goods.
➢ Keep finished goods by size to size and orders in store.
➢ Inventory check on monthly basis.
➢ To attend phone calls.
