Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments.
•Support and work with all Head of Departments in all aspects of running this hotel.
•Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
•Inspecting all departments with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
•Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
•Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
•Meet all dept. heads to review & train the staff to upkeep the human capital.
•Develop and follow up marketing plans
•Continuing supervision of the validity of different licenses for the establishment and its employees
•Supervising the development and modernization of buildings and rooms and following up with various contractors
General responsibility for factory, warehouse, showroom and administration office
•Permanent follow-up with department heads regarding planning and implementation of schedules and work systems
•Communicate with customers and follow up their work with the establishment at different stages
•Develop marketing plans and create designs and ideas suitable for different target customers
•Continuous coordination between departments and work to solve and avoid various problems
•Work constantly to modernize & develop the different sections of the establishment and keep up with the employees to the best professional level
Receive the site from the main construction contractor and follow the rest of the parties to complete the hotel
•Participate in organizing the hotel's organizational structure and job descriptions for each profession and participation by selecting the staff
•Organizing staff training courses in cooperation with department headsFully responsible for all aspects of all departments.

Oversee work of front desk personnel such as guest relation officers to ensure that they receive and greet guests properly
•Assist during the check in and check out processes to ensure that all associated activities are handled flawlessly
• Create and implement staff schedules to ensure that no station within the hotel is left unmanned
• Make reservations for guests over the telephone or in person and instruct staff members to handle follow up duties
• Assist with cashiering functions by providing insight and support in handling bookkeeping activities
•Act as a first point of contact for inquiries regarding events at the hotel and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to direct them to in-house event managers
