As a Business Analyst - IT implementation, the key responsibilities were;
•Responsible for providing application expertise needed for successful application implementation at the client site
•Requirement gathering and analysis of product implementation from the end users
•Prepare precise and detailed Functional Specification Documents, Requirement Specification documents and User Interface Guides using industry standard methodologies.
•Functional testing/QA of software with the testers
•End User Training & Documentation
As a Technical support Analyst - IT implementation, the key responsibilities were;
•Generation of xml feeds for the customers.
•Design of data extraction robots.
•Maintain and updates related database(s).
•Provide technical and customer support to customers by answering customer queries in line with departmental measures and targets, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
•Analyse and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching, using existing knowledgebase articles/ known issues in addition to personal investigation
•Attend regular product / technology training to remain up to date with developments of the solution
