Currently working as a Practical Nurse in LLH Hospital Abudhabi.I'm well experienced in both ICU and Emergency Room.I have a valid HAAD license and IELTS.
Oct. 2008 to March 2010: Registered Nurse in ICU

➢ Maintenance of good Nurse patient relationship.
➢ Asses the physical and Neurological condition of the patient (Example Glasco coma scale & record)
➢ Monitor the vital signs of patients every hourly along with date and time (eg. B.P., Heart rate, Pulse, Respiration, Temperature, ABP or NIBP & PAP, SP 02 etc.)
➢ Maintenance of Intake and output chart (Eg. Urine output, Drains, RT feeding, Aspiration etc.)
➢ Collection of Specimens (Eg. Blood, ABG, Urine, Sputum)
➢ Management of Intravenous fluids and Ionotropes (Eg. TPN, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Nor-ad, Adrenaline infusion, Insulin Infusion etc.)
➢ Administration of medications in time (eg. OD, BD, TID, QID, Stat etc.)
➢ Monitoring of CVP (Eg. Checking with CVP scale both Electronic and Manual.)
➢ Hot & Cold applications (Eg. Ice bag, Hot water bag.)
➢ Personal hygiene, Nail care, Hair care, Bowel & Bladder care.
➢ Care of pressure sore (frequent back care & positioning)
➢ Care of Patient in Ventilator & BIPAP.
➢ Precautions and control of infection.
➢ Maintenance of physical, social, psychological, spiritual and rehabilitative needs of the patient (Eg. Religious Guidance)
➢ Assisted and can able to asses for Intubations, Central line & Arterial insertion, LP bone marrow aspiration, Putting Pleural drains, Tracheostomy & other routine ICU procedures, MRI, CT scan, Ultrasound, Echo.etc.,
➢ Can able to do the following procedures C.P.R., Defibrillator Shock, Ryles tube insertion, IV cannulation, Peritoneal dialysis, Urinary Catherization, CRRT, Blood transfusion, Nebulization, Steam inhalation, Dressing and Suctioning.
➢ Oxygen administration.
➢ Maintaining the drugs & suppliers as per standing orders.
➢ Maintaining Medical equipments in working conditions.
➢ Maintaining Emergency drugs and equipments at accessible place securely.
➢ Maintaining the reports & records of the patients up to date.
