Main Responsibilities:
• Reviewing the Baseline Programme of Contractors.
• Reviewing the Contractors Manpower deployment schedule and histograms to ensure its sufficiency in accordance to the project size and scope.
• Track & update the project milestone tables, preparation of cost plans for the project, analysis of variation claims & EOT.
• Reviewing and tracking the project performance and main KPIs to identify the potential delay risks and advise the proper actions for mitigation.
• Delay analysis and Preparation / review of claims and extensions of time (EOTs).
• Contract administration of all aspects related to Contractor claims and extension of times.
• Assisting the Client in financial projection and cost to complete for the project.

Shams Abu Dhabi Project Plots C24 and C16: 2 High Rise Towers in Al reem Island Abu Dhabi, 5 Basements and 37 Floors Each.
Working in the Main office, and responsible for the following :
1- Planning, Scheduling and progress tracking works of the company Design Projects.
2- Preparing Design and, authorities Approvals procedures tracking programmes.
3- Providing Planning & Contracts support for the supervision teams of projects in the construction phase.
4- Providing technical analysis & feedback on the technical submissions of tenders.
5- Delay analysis & Claims preparation.
Main Project Involvement:
1- Il Primo High rise Tower
2- The Address on the Boulvard (VIDA)
3-Yas South Master Development.
4-DMCC Burj 2020.
5-Dubai Expo2020 Mobility Pavilion.
- Main Responsibilities:
• Reviewing Contractors Programmes, to ensure their contract compliance.
• Contract administration of all aspects related to Contractor claims and extension of times.
• Analyzing Contractor Manpower histograms, Cash flows and performance indexes.
• Monitoring the Contractor progress and reporting the delays and performance status.
• Reviewing Contractor Claims and Extension of time applications.
• performing Delay analysis for contractor delay events to check contractor eligibility for EOT.
• issuing Delays notices along with recommendations for mitigation to the Contractor in case of major variances from the schedule.
Projects Involvement:
1- Abu Dhabi Trade Center Extension project.
Mixed use development consisting of 2 high rise towers, each of 23 floors over a shared 2 basements and 4 podium floors (project Value 654 million AED).
2- Abu Dhabi Bloom Marina Project.
Mixed use development consisting of 4 Mid-rise buildings, each of 5 floors over a shared 1 basements and 2 podium floors (project Value 560 million AED).
3- Abu Dhabi Bloom Gardens Project.
Residential Development Project Consisting of more than 300 villas along with all ancillary and amenities buildings in addition to the external Underground services, Road works and Hardscaping works.
Worked in the role Of senior Planning engineer In various projects and Areas with the following Main responsibilities:
• Preparation of Project Construction baseline programs in accordance to the project scope and requirements.
• Analyzing of Manpower requirements and preparing the Manpower histograms and curves.
• Analyzing and Preparing of cash flow and performance curves.
• Monitoring the progress at site and reporting the performance status and indexes.
• Integrating the practical application of Earned Value Management in the projects monitoring system.
• Reporting the Delays along with correction action for mitigations.
• Keeping historical records for the purpose of claims.
• Delay analysis and Preparation / review of claims and extensions of time (EOTs).
• Contract administration of all aspects related to Contractor claims and extension of times.
• Preparation of control logs for the engineering submittals & the procurement works.
• Preparation of tabular and graphical reports, presentations.
Projects Involvement:
1- C.C.C Main Office
Responsible for the preparation of time proposals and tender programmes for the projects being estimated at the office, in addition to the direct involvement in the projects controls of all the company awarded projects such as:
- Burj Vista - 2 Towers; one is 65 floors and the other is 20 floors.
- The Hills Development - 6 towers each of 22 Floors Height.
- ADNOC Ruwais Housing Complex - 40 Residential Buildings 5 floors each.
- Opera House (Down Town- Dubai).
2- Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Solar Park
Worked as Planning Engineer and has successfully ensured the timely Completion of this Fast track important energy project in less than 8 months. Project value (150 million AED).
3- Presidential Palace Project
I Was Responsible for the Ancillary buildings and infrastructure packages, where I have effectively monitored and controlled these packages towards a timely completion while following up their interfaces with the other packages.

1- SCADA System for Storm and irrigation networks in Abu Dhabi (Project amount 128 million AED)
2- Al Marjan Islands Development Project (Project amount 230 million AED)
3- Arjan Rotana Hotel & Offices Towers (Project amount 256 million AED)
4- Office Based Engineer
Worked in the planning and contracts department at pioneer main office and was involved in lots of the office projects and activities such as:
- Preparation of Claims.
- Participating in the Preparation of Baseline Programs for the office projects.
- Writing contractual letters .
Project Name: UNRWA Gaza Training Center
Worked as Site Engineer handling lots of responsibilities such as :
- Ensuring that work is completed safely with required quality with in time and budget.
- Monitoring the work regarding the drawings / specifications / RFI and provide all necessary guidance and technical information to operatives/subcontractors.
- General Quantity surveying duties for ordering materials and for Subcontractors payments.
- Preparing Inspection Requests to consultant and following up with the consultant comments .
