1- Monitor the parts inventory and anticipate parts needs in light of future promotions, new model years, trends,
and suggested stock orders.
2- Secure the inventory and analyze the quality of parts.
3- Review the previous month’s sales performance to determine where improvements can be made.
4- Train and lead the Parts Department team by reviewing team performance on a regular basis.
5- Approve various business transactions such as overtime hours, petty cash purchases etc.
6- Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
7- Work with retail and 4th level customers, handling complaints, and negotiating prices to ensure customer
satisfaction.
Training
Preparation of claim lists, field visits to branches and distributors, as well as spare parts orders and stocking
analysis.
Oversee the outsource purchases of the parts and compare their prices and ensure that they conform to the
specifications and determine the prices of their sales.

Taking care of networking, dealing with various devices and direct deal with HMR software (account software) .
