Senior Team Leader Private Banking
Managing the on-shore private banking team catered for UHNW and Institutional clients
Report to the Regional Head of Private Banking and assist in achieving regional goals.
Plan, direct and manage Private Banking activities with the support of a team of relationship managers and customer support officers.
Develop healthy relationships with Ultra High Net Worth customers, provide complete support to ensure absolute customer satisfaction thus creating repeat business through quality service.
Approach potential leads and add new customers to the private banking portfolio of the bank.
Provide distinct investment options and financial products to customers and cater to their requirements efficiently.

▪ Generate sales of investment products from institutional, corporate and High Net Worth customers and meet the sales target.
▪ Initiate new product ideas in conjunction with product development team to meet specific customer requirements.
▪ Working with DCM (Sukuk/Bonds), ECM, M&A, and Advisory teams to facilitate suitable and broad range of service to sophisticated clients.
▪ Manage International Investment Opportunities by coordinating with HSBC Global Network and Saudi CMA.
Achievements:
▪ Acquired business worth more than SAR 1 billion (in terms of investment) since joining the bank.
▪ Key role in organizing events, seminars, road shows and new product launches.
Reported to the Head of Institutional Banking and led a team of 3.
Oversaw operations of the Non-Banking Financial Institutions segment (insurance companies, investment houses, finance companies).
Developed customers; identified new business opportunities and converted these to revenue.
Designed strategies to expand investment banking business, and capture market share for the newly licensed investment banking business in Saudi Arabia.
Attracted customers and captured majority market share with leading and new insurance business in the kingdom.
Achievement:
Built up the books of NBFIs reaching over SAR 2 billion in Liabilities and SAR 100 million in Assets.
Reported to the Head of SME and headed a team of 14.
Promoted and developed SME (Small and Medium Scale Enterprise) business in the central region in conjunction with the SME Head, SME Credit and retail network.
Put together the SME team in Central Area; team was made up of 2 Assistant BDMs, 1 Operations Officer, and several Corporate Support Officers.
Oversaw cross selling, credit facilities and liability growth to maximize revenues and profits.
