• Responsible for leading various IT projects and operations while focusing on meeting organisational objectives.
• Managing and mentoring IT staff, including training, development, appraisals, and feedback.
• Analysing infrastructure and operational financial requirement while meeting business objectives; determining and implementing necessary changes to enhance overall IT operations and infrastructure.
