- Direct all administrative, civil, labor, commercial and criminal cases.
- Preparation of defense and attending the experts authority and follow it up with the legal firms and also following up the complaints reported to the General Attorney and the Department of civil and criminal execution and advocates of collections and financial claims.
- Formulating all civil, investment and labor contracts.
- Following-up personnel affairs and to legally suppot the the management
- Conducting administrative investigation with employees within the company.

- إعداد الدفاع والحضور في إدارة الخبراء ومتابعتها في مكاتب المحامين وأيضا الشكاوى المقدمة إلى النيابة العامة وإدارة التنفيذ المدني والجنائي ودعاوي التحصيلات والمطالبات المالية.
- صياغة كافة العقود المدنية والاستثمارية والعمالية .
- متابعة شؤون الموظفين وتقديم الدعم القانوني للإدارة.
- القيام بإجراء التحقيق الاداري مع الموظفين داخل الشركة .
