• Maintenance, Installation, and Trouble shooting for the Major Customer.
• Set up the security systems in the form of CCTV cameras in strategic locations and ensure the cameras function.
• Install and configure the Analog and Digital level cameras.
• Troubleshoot and configure the Network IP cameras.
• Creating Domain for security surveillance.
• Programming and Installation of DVR and System Controllers.
• Provide written reports and preparation of MIS on Product and Customer issues.
• Product demonstrations and evaluations.
• Testing and up gradation of Products
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation, Maintenance & Controlling Of Integrated Building Management Systems:
• Access Control System (P-2000 Software - Johnson Control)
• Fire Detection & Alarm System (IFC 640 & EST 3 - Johnson Control)
• CC TV (Closed Circuit Television - Pelco DX 8000 & DX 8100 Software)
• Day to day activation, deactivation of Access cards. Maintaining the Database of the Access Cards
• Maintenance of Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, Panic Alarm, Water Leakage Detection System (WLDS) &
• Gas Suppression System (Inergen Gas)
Access Control System
• Programming New Access Cards using Johnson Control’s Card key Pegasys Software (P 2000)
• Configuring the Access Control System
• Configuring Antipas Back feature & Pin pad activation for the Access Control Doors
• Maintaining Access Group, Audit and Transaction Reports etc through Run Report Script.
Fire Alarm System
• Controlling the Notifies IFC-640 Fire Panel. This contains Detector viz. Smoke / Photo detector & Control / Relay Modules
CC TV
• Operating & Monitoring the Pelco DX - 8000 & DX - 8100 Series Digital Video Recorders
Building Management System (HVAC)
• Controlling A/C throughout the Building using METASYS SOFTWAR like M-GRAPHICS
• Maintenance of IP and analog based Security systems.
• Managing the complex security systems.
• Installing and terminating end devices for access control, CCTV and security infrastructure within a given environment.
• Execution, Programming & Testing Access control System and CCTV.
• To be familiar with IP Cameras, recording software configuration settings.
• Troubleshoot and configure the Network IP cameras and NVR.
• Troubleshoot and configure the Analog cameras and DVR.
• Responsible for complete handing over cycle from project to service department.
