Manager - Equipment Rental & Service:
• Monitor the daily Maintenance of all JCB products, tower lights, generators, kaeser Compressor, Heli Forklifts, man lifts, Skyjack, Zoomlion cranes & Volvo Penta generators.
• Manage regular operation of the rental department, by directing the sales team to attend customer enquiries & prepare rental agreements as per company policy.
• Responsible for analyzing P&L, forecasts annual business plan and prepare budget.
• Maintains inventory levels, parts orders, missed opportunity reports, fleet utilization and rental department related expenses.
• Directing the maintenance team to perform day-to-day operations in workshop and outstation jobs.
• Maintains fleet availability, minimize idle and breakdowns.
• To ensure regular checks and preventive maintenance are carried out as per OEM standards.
• Securing the safety of the team members as per Oman safety standards.
• Responsible to motivate and monitor performance of the team.
• Maintaining complete records of assets (plants & machinery), Vehicle/Equipment insurance, registration & renewals.
• Resolve accident claims and repair through insurance.
• Oversee Online Job cards system for repair and service of equipments.
• Continuously monitor the market sectors, competitors’ activity and probe for new opportunities.
• Responsible for warranty claims, refurbishment and used equipment sale.

Manager-Service Marketing:

• Plan service marketing strategies to ensure business growth and high level customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for day-to-day activities of workshop and on-site repairs of customer machines.
• Execute new equipment inspection (PDI) and prepare for delivery as per customer requirement.
• Ensures that the repairs and services are performed by standards specified by the OEM
• Prepare repair estimates and execute on approval.
• Schedule PMID (Preventive Maintenance Inspection & diagnosis) as per OEM recommendation to monitor fitness of the machine.
• Liaise with Principals on technical matters and warranty claims.
• Plan effectively manpower, training and development programs in line with the latest technology.
• Promote Annual Maintenance Contract Plan to generate fixed revenue.
• Oversee Online Job cards system for optimum utilization of man-hours.
• Prepare department business plan, budget and MIS reports.

From Asst. Executive Engineer to Deputy Chief Engineer:
*Execute all maintenance activities of plant & equipment’s and facilitates to ensure
continuous Mining operation.
* MONITORING - Schedule Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown
Maintenance for all specialized mining equipment’s.
* Ensure maintenance team to work on shift patterns and be available for 24/7 operation.
* Accountable for operation of workshop, warehouse and other associated facilities.
* Responsible for periodic shifting and commissioning of plant and machineries to a new
designated location for mine progress.
* Efficient in managing procurement, inventory and contracts.
* Establish good relationship with OEMs, suppliers and consultants.
* Coordinate safety issues and investigate incidents with safety department to ensure safety
standards are met.
* Ensure environmental compliance as per government regulations.

Service Engineer:
• Site In charge for Erection and Commissioning of Machine tools
• Refurbishment of machine tools - Lathe, Boring, Planing and drilling machines.
