Role Scope: To act as a partner and trusted advisor to the organisation by providing HC strategic and operational guidance and support to the assigned business and implement HC solutions, and systems in order to meet specific people and organisational needs of the function in line with the HC strategy. Duties and responsibilities:
•Implement human capital services, programs and frameworks, in close liaison with the Unit stakeholders, ensuring effective execution in line with the HC strategy
•Engage with assigned Corporate and Senior Management in order to understand and assess their business requirements and challenges from an organization and people perspective providing support as needed on both Organizational, Processes, HC Policy and general people related subjects.
•Translate business challenges and priorities into effective and strategies for the business or corporate functions to enable the delivery of business results through people and provide the necessary support and advice to the business to address challenges.
•Provide business inputs and insight that aid the development and enhancement of HC frameworks, solutions, policies and procedures to ensure practicality and relevancy to business needs.
•Develop and implement effective solutions, processes and practices in partnership with Units, to address factors that improve engagement within the assigned business or corporate function.
•Advise business function on their people agenda, as well as engage with and coach employees and line managers on matters relevant to the HC function in order to create awareness and build transparency in the organisation.
•Lead the communication of all HC related matters including policy, frameworks, processes or procedural changes that impact the business or corporate function by working in conjunction and collaborating with the policy/process owners of Corporate HC in order to create clarity and awareness for all employees.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including business and corporate functions, as applicable, to provide and receive relevant inputs on all HC matters and serve the best interests of the organization
•Provide critical input to support the development of functional systems, policies, processes, and procedures in order to meet business requirements.
•Provide advice to Units as required related to compliance with all functional HC policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions
•Ensure all Units are aware of the HC policies and procedures and how to access or where support and advice can be obtained.
•Prepare functional reports in a timely and accurate manner in order to meet BMS requirements, and the functional requirements, policies and standards. Previous Role:
