- Serve as the primary point of contact for information management and data coordination in Regional Resources Network (RRN).
- Support in developing hard and soft copy filing structures for documents
- Implement standardized information management policies, utilizing information management tools while creating information products.
- Lead information sharing through collaborative tools, meetings, summaries, weekly reports and training sessions that foster the culture of knowledge sharing through tracking all info related to NAME within the regional staff.
- Design user-friendly data collection forms for clear data purposes, ensuring easy sharing.
- Organize, facilitate and participate in any events and or meetings related to the RRN to reflect achievements such as red talks, regular meetings and trainings.
- Support monitoring activities by providing Information Management services, enhancing data processing and analysis.
- Oversee collaborative tool usage and database management for RRN.
- Manage access and accounts for 53 staff members efficiently.
- Engage in discussions regarding new information management practices and actively participate in projects and the development of innovative information management tools.
- Foster user comprehension of the rationale behind changes and provide necessary support during these transitions.
- Systematically brief all new RRN staff members on information management protocols and arrange regular training and information sessions related to information management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and proficiency in standard computer technologies (email, information sharing, records management, intranet, etc.) while also informing users about new information management tools.
- Contribute, to the coordination of national IM seminars and workshops centered around the subjects mentioned above.
- Create compelling reports and visually engaging infographics by utilizing data from field surveys, databases, and various other sources. These materials will spotlight pertinent trends in the related realms.
- Oversee day-to-day data management using in-house electronic systems and Microsoft Excel, including the use of Pivot Tables and Power Query for data analysis.
- Prepare and implement reports and dashboards that reflect enhancements and achievements.
- Evaluate SOPs content, which entails extracting valuable insights from the report to inform decision-making processes and contribute to effective information management strategies within the organization.
- Support in building the capacity of teams and partners on the data collection and management, analysis, reporting techniques and requirements.
- Handle, maintain and troubleshoot data collection issues that arise in the different management systems.

- Collect, analyze, and respond to user feedback originating from complaints and suggestions channels to customer trip processes based on inhouse research.
