• Helping in recruitment process by screening CVs, short-listing them, arranging for

2. Administration Duties:
• Responsible for business cards, badges, entrance cards, fingerprint for all employees.
• Event Management and coordination (Monthly staff meeting, company field trips, and all other company activities such as Team building activities.
• Managing the social activities for the employees.
• Managing and coordinating the company events, such as Gitex, CeBIT, etc.
• Handling all purchase orders concerning office supplies.
• Handling travel arrangements and visa issues with embassies for employees who travel outside Jordan.
• To carry out the necessary activities to support the objectives of the Administration Department.
