Ensure that all assigned flights are serviced as per standard specification. having secured manpower, cleaning, equipment, materials and supplies prior to aircraft arrival.
Fully aware, with knowledge and understanding, of the cleaning category for Saudia and Foreign Airlines.
Ensure provisioning of supplying commissary items and entertainment program as per standard.
Ensure timely cleaning of planes as per the set quality standards including but not limited to Jet way, Pax step, replacement of carpet and fabrics.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and
employee referrals. Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the position.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Ensure all vacancies are filled with the right talent within the target time line.
Contact all unsuccessful candidates through sending" Apologize letter"
Conduct Job offers aligned with company policy and benefits
Conduct and issuance candidates' contracts.
Answering all candidates Inquiries
Updating Reporting Hiring (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase
productivity and retention.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Identifies training needs for business units
Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Cconducts Interview candidates' hand by hand with unit Partner
manpower planning as business needs aligned with budget.
Conduct Employees Investigation
Conduct Exit interview
Collaborate with team members creation recruitment section from scratch hand by hand
Collaborate with team members in design recruitment cycle
Design Recruitment Applications with team (Application form, Interview assessment, Manpower Requestions, Job Offer)
Dealing with business units and determine manpower needs
Saff Sourcing channels VIA (Job announcements, Bayt.com, TAQAT, HRDF)
Screening and Filtration CVs as per units' requirements
Telephonic interview & Short-listed candidates
Conducting Interviewing & Selection Potentials
Conducting and issuance candidates' JOB OFFER and CONTRACTS.
Conduct Issuance & follow up ID, Medical & Iqama
cards & EMP# for new joining.
Employees Letters
